However, if your car is damaged due to a major accident and the estimate is high or the car is scrapped, it can be a big factor in determining the amount of compensation for the other insurance company.
Second, active treatment, high compensation
It is determined depending on the extent of treatment for the injury. No matter how serious the car accident is, if you do not receive treatment, most insurance companies will not be able to provide compensation because there is no bill or record. Also, if you do not go to treatment regularly and give the impression to doctors or physical therapists that you have a gap or that you are not in much pain, your compensation will be lower due to such medical records. The insurance company is finished. Even if I have been a loyal customer for 30 years, I absolutely pursue only the company's interests, so please do not be fooled by well-packaged advertisements. In Nevada, the lowest legal limit is usually $25,000/$50,000. $25,000 applies to only one person and $50,000 applies to more than one person. Please note that even if 10 people have $50,000, they must split the $50,000. Since most people have the lowest insurance limit or many drivers are uninsured, we recommend that you add UM/UIM (uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage) to your insurance to have a higher limit in preparation for drivers with low relative insurance limits or no insurance. Those who received $130,000 each as mentioned above also received a larger portion of compensation from the UM/UIM driver who was with them. I always emphasize to my clients, but if you have a minimum of $25,000/50,000, you always end up paying, and even if you get it, it's usually between $7,000 and $10,000, but if you have enough UM/UIM, I've seen many people pay car insurance premiums for the rest of their lives and get the remaining compensation.
Additionally, what kind of insurance company the other party is, what type of person is in charge, what part of the car was hit, and whether I have received treatment for injuries due to an accident within the last five years are many important factors that determine how long the case will take and the amount of compensation.
