Suspect arrested in drive-by shooting murder in residential area on the east side of Las Vegas Authorities said last Friday A suspect has been arrested in a fatal shooting that occurred in a residential area in east Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Metro Police (LVMPD) announced Monday, announced the arrest of David Medina-Luna, 32, on suspicion of murder. Investigators discovered in the early morning of Friday, March 27th, Reported in the 2800 block of E. Bonanza Road.

Medina-Luna was identified as a suspect in the murder. Police believe the victim went to his car to listen to music. During the investigation, a witness heard the victim arguing with another man. He stated that soon after, gunshots rang out.

Police found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds inside the car. Medical staff pronounced him dead at the scene. No further details regarding the investigation have been released.

Medina-Luna is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday morning, according to jail records.
