Real accidents are not that simple
It does not always work that way. If the car in front slammed on its brakes out of nowhere, braked for no reason, or stopped right after changing direction, the story of the accident can change. What matters is not simply that you hit someone from behind — it is why that situation happened in the first place.
Same crash, different outcomes
That is why two rear-end collisions that look identical can end very differently. Sometimes responsibility is shared, and sometimes the picture changes completely. What the crash looks like from the outside is not the whole story.
Do not close the case yourself
